Vidal Blanc led, rounded out with Petit Manseng and Vermentino. A vibrant blend of locally grown Chambourcin, Cabernet Franc, and Vidal Blanc. Ripe red berries and dark cherry open into cranberry, raspberry, and pomegranate, with a touch of natural sweetness balanced by refreshing acidity and a smooth, juicy finish. Pairs with grilled meats, kebabs, barbecue, and flatbreads.
Medium-bodied red from select Loudoun County vineyards, deepened with a touch of Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot. Baking spice and toasted oak aromas give way to ripe black cherry and dark plum with hints of cocoa and warm vanilla, finishing on fine, polished tannins and white pepper. Pairs with grilled steaks, gourmet burgers, and mushroom dishes.
